As aMaintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuringthe smooth operation of our production equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities:

Performroutine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment,including troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical,and hydraulic issues. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks tominimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Collaboratewith the production team to identify and address equipmentmalfunctions or abnormalities in a timely manner. Utilize yourexpertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and industrialmaintenance to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technicalproblems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities,including work orders, repairs, and equipment performance. Assistin the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuringcompliance with safety and quality standards. Participate incontinuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliabilityand efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations toensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a MaintenanceTechnician in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency inhydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs is essential. Strongelectromechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolveequipment issues. Excellent understanding of preventive maintenancetechniques and ability to perform routine inspections. Ability toread and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electricalschematics. Good communication skills to effectively collaboratewith team members and provide clear instructions. Strongproblem-solving abilities to quickly identify and rectify equipmentmalfunctions. Proactive approach towards safety and ability toadhere to safety guidelines and protocols. Ability to workindependently with minimal supervision, as well as in a teamenvironment. Flexibility to work in shifts and respond toemergencies or urgent maintenance requests.
