Communicate clearly and perform consistently following the mission and values of the organization in our enthusiastic work environment
Follow our engineering systems and perform regular preventative maintenance ensuring that all data is logged properly
Promptly handle all guest and staff member requests that relate to equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
Work directly with vendors to establish highly coordinated efforts
Maintain accurate ordering and stocking levels
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to efficiently perform required maintenance and service
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
Detect faulty operations, defective material and report any unusual situations
Passionately maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety at all times What Skills and Experience are Desired for an Engineer?
Schedule availability to include weekdays, weeknights and weekends
Interest working with mechanical systems
