In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks across various plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with hands-on experience in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our facilities and equipment. Work schedule- Choose either 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm on Monday-Friday We offer work-life balance and some of the best benefits around including company paid LT and ST Disability, and a 401K match of 50% up to 6% of your contribution Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to ensure proper functionality. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 3-phase 480v Perform stick welding tasks as needed for repairs and installations Troubleshoot PLC’s Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Use voltmeters and other diagnostic tools to assess electrical issues Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used for repair Adhere to safety protocols while working around potentially hazardous equipment Adhere to all LOTO and PPE requirements Skills Proficiency working with common hand tools, power tools, and electrical volt meters Strong knowledge of electrical systems up to 3-phase 480v Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems and their maintenance requirements. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics in English. Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
