Hotel Maintenance Comfort Inn and Suites Statesville 1214 Greenland Drive, Statesville, NC 28677 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and a passion for ensuring that all aspects of our operations run smoothly. This role requires a proactive individual who can perform various maintenance tasks, including electrical work, residential painting, and welding, while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities to ensure optimal functionality. Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues related to electrical systems and logic controllers. Execute residential painting projects as needed to maintain aesthetic appeal. Fabricate and weld components for repairs or improvements as required. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance tasks and inventory management. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and inquiries. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with electrical systems, logic controllers, and welding techniques is highly desirable.. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and customers.
