Maintenance Technician Job Summary:

Performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs various facility maintenance functions. These functions may include, but are not limited to light bulb changes, filter changes, painting, lock repairs, snow removal, minor HVAC, electrical and plumbing maintenance, preventive maintenance, electrical system repair/maintenance/install, general construction, equipment installation etc.
• Knowledge of 120 – 480V / 3 phase electrical system, able to install breaker, motors and size wire.
• Responds to service requests and concerns in timely manner
• Performs on-call emergency service as required
• Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs to Management
• Assists in monitoring and/or controlling maintenance inventory and/or supplies
• Moves heavy objects as requested
• Assists in keeping the grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
• Attends and assists in setting up for various functions and activities
• Drives motorized vehicle on or off property for company business
• Oversees work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

Job Qualifications :

Minimum Education:

High School or GED

Minimum Experience:

3 Year

Minimum Field-of-Expertise:

General maintenance experience, electrical experience required

Skills :

• Ability to work independently
• Technical knowledge of the field
• Attention to detail
• Problem identification and resolution
• Ability to appropriately use a variety of mechanical equipment
• Must be able to lift and work with heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license along with good driving record is preferred.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$20.00 – $28.00 per hour
