What You’ll Be Doing Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off. Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs. Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs. Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter. Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working. Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
