We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining our portfolio of upscale waterfront homes to the highest standards. Job Summary We are hiring an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep, preventative care, and curb appeal for our luxury vacation rental homes. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work and light maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with pest control efforts (exterior treatments, trap checks, etc.)
• Perform pressure washing (driveways, patios, siding, docks)
• Complete light painting and touch-up projects
• Handle minor repairs: bulbs, filters, tightening fixtures, etc.
• Support light landscaping (leaf blowing, weed control, trimming)
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of property exteriors
• Use mobile tools to document work and communicate with the team Qualifications
• Maintenance background is preferred
• Familiarity with basic tools and safe handling procedures
• Able to work independently, outdoors, and in varying weather
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and use ladders when needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required What We Offer
