Facilities Maintenance Technician – Building Trade – 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars 1 University Way, Cullowhee, NC 28723 The primary location of this position is on the main Cullowhee, NC campus. Knowledge of standard procedures and practices of carpentry, masonry, roofing materials and cabinet making trades. Skilled in use of hand tools, ability to read and work from blue prints and sketches. Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position Knowledge of standard procedures and practices of carpentry, masonry, roofing materials and cabinet making trades. Skilled in use of hand tools, ability to read and work from blue prints and sketches. Minimum Qualifications Graduation from high school or equivalent. Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the position’s role may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
