Utilities Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician Level 1 with hands-on experience in utility systems and building management systems within pharmaceutical, biotech, or similarly regulated industries. The ideal candidate will support the Preventive maintenance and Troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on utility systems including: Boilers, Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Compressors, Vacuum Pumps Monitor and operate Building Management Systems (BMS) or Building Integration Systems (BIS), such as Siemens, Honeywell, or similar platforms. Execute and close Work Orders (WOs) using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP or equivalent. Assist in preventive maintenance programs Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with GMP and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Technical diploma or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance. 1+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or industrial utility environment. Familiarity with BMS/BIS software platforms (e.g., Siemens Desigo, Honeywell EBI). Working knowledge of CMMS tools (SAP PM module preferred). Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols.

$25.00 – $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.00 per week
