Maintenance Technician Aces Cleaning Service Selma, NC 27576 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, including janitorial cleaning services. This role involves make-ready work and various cleaning services. Responsibilities Perform make-ready services such as painting, and installing light fixtures, window blinds, replacing plumbing fixtures, etc. Perform cleaning services such as pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning, carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, etc. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge and skills. Strong work ethic and good problem solving skills. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Experience in supervising teams is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication. Previous experience in painting, or similar tasks is highly desirable.
