Monday•Friday 6am•3pm Founded in 1970 we are a 50 employee custom molder of thermoset composite plastics with facilities in Smithfield, NC and Pittsburgh, PA. We cater to a wide range of industries including electronics, transportation, medical, aerospace & defense and consumer goods. We have steadily increased our headcount at both locations as we take on new projects and expand our product line. For our facility in Smithfield we are looking to hire a Maintenance Technician who is well versed across the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic spaces to serve as a lead on 1st shift. What You Will Be Doing Maintain & troubleshoot molding equipment & facility systems
Diagnose & repair mechanical, electrical & hydraulic issues
Perform inspections & preventive maintenance
Support process improvements & equipment optimization
Keep maintenance records & inventory updated What You Need for this Position Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment
Experience with PLCs, electrical & automation systems
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing & preventive maintenance
Ability to read schematics & technical manuals
