2+ Years Experience Troubleshooting Controls / Experience within a Manufacturing Environment Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency. This role requires a strong background in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, particularly in an automotive manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment
Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively
Repair and replace faulty components in machinery
Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime
Utilize ABB Robotics and CNC technologies during maintenance tasks
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols Qualifications Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in an automotive manufacturing setting
Strong knowledge of robotics, CNC operations, and electronic systems
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with various machinery
Relevant certifications in mechanical or electrical maintenance are preferred Benefits Medical
