Maintenance Technician – Night Shift ?? 12-hour shifts | 2-2-3 schedule | Night Shift Looking for a hands-on problem solver to keep production running smoothly. You’ll diagnose, repair, and improve high-tech equipment and systems while supporting automation and training efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical systems Perform preventive maintenance and system checks Support new equipment setup and conversions Read schematics and prints to resolve issues Train team members and help improve processes Build crates and assist with machine relocation Document all repairs and quality checks

You Bring:

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Experience with PLCs, pneumatics, and vision systems Welding and machining knowledge (MIG, TIG, lathe, mill, etc.) Ability to work independently and interpret technical drawings High school diploma or equivalent Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Nice to
