With a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service, we are expanding our team in the North Carolina markets and looking for experienced Installation Technicians to join our growing operation. Position Overview We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Installation Technicians with proven experience in architectural film installation. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, dependable, and capable of delivering top-quality work with minimal supervision. You will play a crucial role in maintaining Tint USA’s high standards and customer satisfaction while supporting growth in key NC markets. Key Responsibilities Perform installation of various architectural films, including solar control, safety/security, decorative, and specialty films on glass and other surfaces. Accurately measure, cut, and apply films to meet project specifications. Interpret installation diagrams, blueprints, and customer requirements. Ensure each installation meets quality standards and project deadlines. Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment at all job sites. Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and internal teams. Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions or concerns on-site. Travel to job sites within the NC region as required. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural film or window tint installation. Strong knowledge of film types, tools, and industry best practices. Ability to handle complex installations with precision and care. Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. OSHA 10 certification (preferred but not required).
