We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Facilities Maintenance Field Technician to join our team in Charlotte! This is a temp-to-perm opportunity withpetitive pay, apany vehicle, and a gas card provided. If you’re someone who enjoys variety in your workday and takes pride in keepingmercial buildings operating at peak performance—this is the job for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Perform preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems across multiplemercial sites
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with building systems and equipment
Ensurepliance with safety standards, proper storage of hazardous materials, and facility cleanliness
Track and log maintenance activity, readings, and inspections
Support inspections of life safety, control systems, and interiorexterior buildingponents
Monitor vendor performance and coordinate contracted maintenance work
Travel between locations in apany-provided vehicle

Must-Haves:

5-7 years ofmercial facility maintenance experience
Strong expertise in one core trade (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.) and multi-skilled in others
EPA 608 Type II Certification (Universal preferred)
Ability to read schematics, perform diagnostics, and make critical repairs
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CMMS platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

EPA 608 Universal Certification
Trade school education in refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical systems

Pay Details:

$44.58 per hour
