As a General Handyman at CTS, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and other projects, and will work closely with managers, coworkers and other stakeholders to ensure that every job is done to perfection. As a General Handyman at CTS, you’ll work to deliver the highest quality repairs and maintenance services to our existing customers. You’ll have the support and resources you need to get the job done right. Applicants should be familiar with and able to perform one or more of the following tasks: blinds, carpentry, cabinets, hardware, deck repairs, demolition, doors, windows, drywall, painting, fences, light plumbing, light electrical, pressure washing, punch list repairs, siding, roofing, appliance repair, gutter cleaning, gutter repairs, laminate countertops, insulation, tile, dryer vent cleaning, refinishing (tubs, sinks, countertops), concrete, masonry and others. Responsibilities

• Perform general handyman services related to the tasks listed above.
• Inspect and diagnose problems and determine the best course of action for making necessary repairs and staying within budget
• Work efficiently and effectively individually and communicate effectively with others
• Provide feedback to management about any issues that arise on the job site Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in general handyman work
• Experience in a variety of construction trades.
• Ability to operate a variety of power and hand tools effectively and safely
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Must have a valid driver’s license, transportation and tools.
• Be reliable and punctual.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Living currently in the Charlotte NC area
• After initial screening be able to complete the company application and subsequent requirements.
