Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics. Assemble furniture, fixtures, and appliances as needed. Paint, drywall, and perform minor carpentry work. Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as an ohmmeter. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects. A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
