The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be proficient in various building techniques. This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential and commercial structures, where attention to detail and craftsmanship are paramount. The Builder will collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Construction trade skills such as, framing, finished carpentry, deck building are essential for the successful execution of projects. Install drywall, ensuring smooth finishes and proper alignment. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. A keen eye for detail and precise measurement skills, thereby ensuring that project requirements are fulfilled. Operate heavy equipment as needed for site preparation and material transport. Engage in trim carpentry, crafting detailed moldings, casings, and other finish work. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
