With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-year experience in applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides, and a strong knowledge of both softscape and hardscape materials. A NC/SC Pesticide License is preferred but not required. This role involves using ride-on equipment and turf spraying equipment, ensuring all work is performed to industry and SST standards, and providing leadership and training to crew members. Responsibilities Applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides using ride-on equipment and turf spraying equipment according to label instructions. Ensuring all landscape maintenance work is performed to industry and SST standards. Communicating daily production goals to crew members and managing them effectively and efficiently. Communicating equipment and material needs to the Manager to ensure timely delivery to job sites. Providing leadership, accountability, and ongoing training to crew members. Using a mobile device to access schedule, notify supervisor of any problems, and to track usage of products on a daily basis. Qualifications Minimum of 1-year experience in applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides. Strong knowledge of both softscape and hardscape materials. NC/SC Pesticide License (preferred but not required). Valid driver’s license and ability to be added to the company fleet insurance policy. Ability to lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds on a consistent basis. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
