Maintenance Technician Position Available In Mecklenburg, North Carolina

Staffmark is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Huntsville, NC. You’ll play a key role in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of production equipment, including hydraulic die machines and pneumatic assembly machines. Working closely with management and production teams, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly and safely.

Pay:

$20•25/hour

Shift:

3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday, 10 PM•6 AM (Training on 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 6 AM•2 PM)

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with management and supervisors to resolve technical issues and coordinate equipment repairs and setups. Schedule and perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks. Diagnose, repair, and replace worn or defective machine parts to ensure efficient operation. Install, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic equipment, including motors, relays, circuit breakers, and control systems. Inspect materials and equipment to identify defects or malfunctions. Monitor gauges and other indicators to ensure machines meet production standards. Enforce safety protocols and maintain safety devices on machinery.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED , or 5 years of maintenance experience (or equivalent education and experience). Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. Commitment to workplace safety and quality.
