Duties Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs and preventive maintenance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns and requests promptly. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Proficiency in English or Spanish-speaking, both written and verbal communication skills. Experience with logic controllers is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative in completing tasks.
