The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and logic controllers. Perform residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetics and protect surfaces. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management. Read and interpret schematics to effectively diagnose issues and implement solutions. Operate tools such as ohmmeters for testing electrical components. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally. HVAC and Pool Certification Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects efficiently. Requirements Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide less experienced team members when necessary. Experience in electrical maintenance is required; familiarity with residential painting is a plus. Customer service experience is important for maintaining positive relationships with clients or tenants.
