Night Shift Maintenance Technicians Pay:

6pm-6am 223 Schedule Job Description We are seeking dedicated maintenance technicians for both the 223 night shift (6-6) and 223 day shift (6-6) to support our facility. Individuals with a solid FDA background or experience in a related field will be ideal for maintaining various bakery equipment. This includes mixing equipment, conveyor systems, ovens, heating elements, extruders, and packaging equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring preventative maintenance protocols are followed, preventing machine breakdowns, and rapidly repairing equipment to blueprint specifications and electrical schematics when necessary. A preference is given to candidates with a strong electrical due to current team needs. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on bakery equipment such as mixers, conveyors, ovens, and packaging machinery. Quickly and safely repair equipment according to blueprint specifications and electrical schematics in the event of a breakdown. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including conveyor systems and hydraulics. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations in all maintenance and repair tasks. Essential Skills Troubleshooting skills. Preventive maintenance knowledge. Experience with conveyor systems. Electrical and mechanical maintenance proficiency. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics. Experience following FDA regulations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Background in FDA-regulated environments.
