Summary We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Home2 Suites by Hilton. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel’s facilities to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our guests. Your contributions will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to exceptional service. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks on hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Respond promptly to guest requests regarding maintenance issues to ensure satisfaction. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and maintenance schedules. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify potential issues before they arise. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of hotel facilities. Assist in the training and supervision of maintenance staff as needed. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and general repair techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
