The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all facility systems and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise. Fabricate parts as needed to support repairs or modifications. Maintain and repair logic controllers to ensure optimal performance of automated systems. Supervise maintenance staff during projects or when additional support is needed. Document all maintenance activities and repairs in compliance with company policies. Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related concerns effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to weld and fabricate components as necessary. Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting and repair. Leadership skills to supervise and guide maintenance staff effectively. Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
