The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and repair of residential and commercial swimming pools. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in various environments. Looking for someone who wants to develop into the service/operations manager. Duties Perform routine pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections. Repair and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and installations. Diagnose issues with pool systems and provide appropriate solutions to ensure optimal performance. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool. Communicate with clients regarding maintenance schedules, repairs needed, and any additional services offered. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair various pool equipment. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Experience in pool cleaning techniques and maintenance practices. Ability to work independently as a service technician while managing time efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
