Job Summary As the Lead Technician your day to day responsibilities are to respond to scheduled home/property maintenance appointments, field dispatches, on-site customer interaction, completing job estimates, equipment maintenance, van consumable inventory management, and ensuring vehicle safety. Additional duties may include handling routine & scheduled vehicle maintenance visits. About You You are a person of principle and discipline. Responsibilities You will:
Conduct routine service maintenance within defined timeframes. Perform preventive maintenance to the service equipment. Inspect and troubleshoot failures to the service equipment. Install, test, and train on new service equipment. Maintain the van equipment and daily stock of consumables. Use technology (camera, phone, tablet) as part of all work. •NOTE•: you will not amend or repair any part of the home/owner’s property.
