We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Maintenance Technician for a multifamily property. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the working condition of the property, complete unit turns, complete work orders, and providing exceptional service to our residents. Experience (preferred or required): Strong understanding of basic household maintenance

  • landscaping, painting, dry wall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC Ability to perform basic household repairs Requires reliable transportation, tools Excellent ability to communicate effectively with all levels of organization and customers/vendors Organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work in a time-sensitive role, where tasks must be addressed when received.

Strong working knowledge of Google Docs an MS Office including

Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for receiving and completing necessary work orders Purchasing required supplies for jobs and record transactions appropriately Working with our property management software (Appfolio) and corporate account at Home Depot, Lowe’s, and HD Supply Timely communication with the Property Manager Timely completion of job duties Accurate reporting of work orders, receipts, hours, & completion photos Attend business meetings and trainings as required Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Position Requirements and Skills:

Ability to perform accurate data entry within specified time frames Ability to perform tasks in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Live out Company values
