We own 4 properties totaling 133 units. Lots of opportunity for growth and leadership. Ideal candidate should also have experience in carpentry, property maintenance, HVAC, electrical and plumbing. EPA license a plus. Valid driver’s license required. Clean criminal record. Willing to be on call, including 24 hr as needed. Must have good communication skills and respond to tenants and vendors in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Full Time Employment with generous benefits package provided by employer.
