What You’ll Do:

Perform general maintenance of dealership property (interior & exterior) Conduct basic repairs (lighting, plumbing, minor HVAC tasks, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and appearance of service bays, showrooms, and common areas Ensure tools, equipment, and supplies are organized and in working order Assist with setup for dealership events or displays Report and resolve facility issues promptly

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in building/facility maintenance preferred Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
