Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Hotel Maintenance Technician (Part-Time to Full-Time) We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, is proactive in preventing issues before they arise, and is willing to jump in wherever help is needed.
Responsibilities include:
Thorough understanding of hotel systems: water heaters, fire alarm systems, backflow systems, AC units, and laundry equipment Coordinating and scheduling outside vendors when repairs cannot be handled in-house Maintaining a detailed and organized log of completed work and ongoing projects Assisting other departments when needed (e.g., helping housekeeping with stripping rooms) Performing basic plumbing, tiling, grouting, and general handyman work
Ideal Candidate:
Self-motivated and proactive Strong communication and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Experience in general maintenance, plumbing, and minor renovations
Hours:
Starting at approximately 20 hours/week , with the potential to grow to 40 hours/week based on property needs and performance.
