Job Summary:

iTrip NC Beaches is seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Technician / Inspector to help maintain and inspect approximately 50 vacation rental properties in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. This role is ideal for someone with handyman skills and a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance (e.g., changing HVAC filters, minor home repairs, troubleshooting systems, identifying issues) Conduct property inspections after cleaning and before guest check-in Ensure homes are clean, organized, stocked with guest starter supplies, and damage-free Roll out/in trash bins Sunday through Tuesday Work primarily on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 10am-6pm window), with additional flexible weekday hours as needed

Requirements:

Reliable transportation Flexible availability, especially on weekends Basic handyman / maintenance experience Able to work independently and manage time efficiently Preferably a Pleasure Island local (lives on island of Carolina or Kure Beach) Works well with technology and mobile applications
