The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical, plumbing and electrical background, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain various systems within our Hotel. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and infrastructure, contributing to overall productivity and safety. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management. Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including working with logic controllers and utilizing tools such as an Ohmmeter. Execute mechanical repairs, including welding, fabricating parts, and interpreting schematics for complex systems. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in facilities maintenance processes. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform emergency repairs as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems. Familiarity with electrical systems, including logic controllers and the use of an Ohmmeter. Experience with CMMS is preferred but not required. Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective problem-solving. Welding skills are a plus, enhancing the ability to fabricate necessary components. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
