This position supports the daily upkeep and appearance of the clubhouse and surrounding facilities. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in maintenance, handyman work, or housekeeping and be comfortable with both indoor and outdoor tasks. This is a hands-on role with flexible hours, perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and takes pride in their work. Key Responsibilities Place entrance mats and ensure they are clean and aligned. Clean porches, decks, and doorways; remove spider webs, stains, and debris. Wipe down all exterior furniture to ensure cleanliness. Inspect for and remove cobwebs around the clubhouse, cottages, fitness center, and course bathrooms. Check exterior and interior light bulbs and replace as needed. Empty exterior trash bins at the honor bar and clubhouse. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. General Maintenance Tasks Perform visual inspections of guest rooms, cottages, locker rooms, grill room, pro shop, course bathrooms, and back-of-house areas. Complete minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs, lamps, switches, and fixtures. Power wash porches, decks, and walkways as needed. Wash exterior windows periodically. Report larger maintenance needs or safety concerns to club management. Qualifications Prior experience in maintenance, handyman work, or housekeeping preferred. Ability to work independently and follow a task checklist. Physically capable of lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working outdoors. Dependable, with strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Flexible availability, including mornings and weekends when necessary. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a hospitality, residential, or private club environment. Familiarity with basic plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work.
Schedule & Hours:
