We are seeking motivated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join a team as Pool Technicians . Our technicians work in two-person teams year-round to ensure our clients’ pools are clean, safe, and functioning properly. Key Responsibilities:

Clean pool and surrounding deck area on schedule Test and adjust water chemistry to ensure proper balance Accurately complete service checklists and log sheets Inspect and report on pool equipment functionality Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Open availability and able to work Monday through Friday , with occasional weekends and holidays Reliable transportation to and from work Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and minimum 5 years driving experience Able to pass a background check Comfortable signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions year-round

Preferred Skills:

Excellent communication (verbal & non-verbal) Strong attention to detail Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability Ability to follow written and verbal instructions confidently Team player with a customer-first attitude

Physical Requirements:

Ability to swim Lift and carry up to 50 lbs for distances up to 500+ feet Comfortable performing repetitive motions (bending, stooping, squatting) Able to work for extended periods in outdoor conditions, including prolonged sun exposure

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday Some weekends and holidays required Overtime available
