Hotel Maintenance Choice Hotels Jacksonville, NC 28546 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, with experience in various technical skills, including electrical systems, schematics, and fabrication. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Fabricate parts and components as needed to support maintenance tasks. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot problems effectively. Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards across facilities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruption.
