Maintenance Technicians for All Shifts 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 201 Progress Drive, Burgaw, NC 28425 ​​​​Role and Responsibilities​ Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Tech is responsible for repair/maintaining and troubleshooting Packaging machinery, Production machinery, boiler energy systems used in the plant production processes. Set-up and calibration throughout the prosses. Utilizes SOPs/best practices for ongoing operational maintenance purposes. Rectifies refrigeration or boiler failures with utmost urgency in coordination with appropriate personnel. Complete routine Maintenance checks though the MP Program. Logs and maintains service records, operating manuals. Coordinates with the Production Manager as necessary regarding outages for routine maintenance. ​​Qualifications and Education Requirements​ Prior boiler and ammonia systems maintenance experience is required. Also experience in manufacturing and equipment maintenance desired. ​​Preferred Skills​ Mechanical aptitude/mental and physical dexterity with tools, packaging machinery, control panels, test and measurement equipment are required. Time-critical problem-solving capabilities during production stoppages/interruptions are required. Industrial machine maintenance experience is a must. Electrical experience is a plus. ​​Additional Notes​ Exhibits professional demeanor with colleagues and management personnel.
