The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of residential swimming pools, ensuring they are safe, clean, and in optimal working condition. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing surfaces. Test water chemistry and make necessary adjustments to maintain proper chemical balance. Inspect pool equipment for functionality. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding pool maintenance. Maintain accurate records of services performed on each pool using the Skimmer App. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working with chemicals and equipment. Skills Experience in pool maintenance and cleaning techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Additional Points Position will have random drug screening. Candidate must have a current driver’s license with a clean record. Background check required. No smoking is allowed on job sites or in company vehicles.
