What You’ll Do:
Install and Remove Fencing :
Set up and take down temporary fencing, including placing panels on stands, driving in posts with a post pounder, attaching chain link, and setting up gates.
Teamwork :
Work in a crew with a Foreman/Driver and a Helper. Foremen lead the crew, handle jobsite interactions, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Helpers support the Foreman and learn on the job.
Operate Equipment :
Use compressors for post pounders and general tools needed for installing fences efficiently and safely. Drive medium-duty trucks (non-CDL). A valid driver’s license is for drivers, with higher pay offered for those who can drive, though driving is not required.
Customer Interaction :
Foremen are the face of our company on job sites. You’ll measure footages, sign contracts, and solve jobsite challenges.
Efficient Operations :
Keep tools and materials organized, ready to go, and make sure every job is done right.
