The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of manufacturing equipment by conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary repairs. This role is essential for maintaining production efficiency and minimizing downtime in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems to address operational issues as they arise. Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify potential faults and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment as required. Qualifications Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, including the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Familiarity with PLC systems and programming is highly desirable. Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
