Asheboro Machine Maintenance Technician – Sign-On Bonus 12 hourrotating nights 1st shift
Job Description:
A skilled trade positionresponsible for supporting and maintaining CNC grinders, pressureand vacuum furnaces, wet and dry media blasters and the facilitythat encompasses the equipment. The individual will be interactingalongside plant personnel and independently working installing,troubleshooting, repairing and upgrading mechanical, electrical,pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on a daily basis.
Skills Sets:
Electrical CNC driven systems PLC s / Ladder Logic understanding ≺ogramming 3 phase & Single phase motor control Schematiccomprehension Conduit and panel wiring installation. NEC code &NFPA 70.E comprehension & understanding Mechanical PowerTransmission Pneumatics Hydraulic systems and schematics
Requirements:
Requires skills in wiring, electrical systems,electronics, PLC logic, CNC machines, mechanical, pneumatics, andhydraulics. The candidate has a minimum of 4 years’ experience Thisposition will be responsible for maintaining and repairing CNCmachines and complying with OSHA, NFPA and all other applicablesafety programs. Must be able to work either standing or sittingfor long periods of time Ability to lift 5 to 20 lbs. routinely.
