Job Description
Maintenance Technician II Randolph County Government 725 Mcdowell Road, Asheboro, NC 27205 Performs intermediate to advanced skilled work in the maintenance and repair of County buildings and facilities, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the minimal supervision of the Maintenance Foreman and Public Buildings Director and is evaluated through observation and quality of work.
Minimum Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED and five to ten years of direct experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC or mechanical work in a similar role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must possess valid North Carolina Driver’s License and clean driving record. Preference given to applicants that have HVAC experience (commercial and residential HVAC experience a plus).
