In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality and safety of our facilities through regular maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, with experience in high voltage systems, HVAC, and industrial mechanics. Your ability to analyze schematics and troubleshoot issues will be essential in maintaining our operational standards. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facility equipment, including HVAC systems and electrical components. Conduct repairs on high voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Utilize stick welding techniques to repair or fabricate metal components as needed. Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to logic controllers and other automated systems. Collaborate with technical sales teams to provide insights on facility needs and improvements. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and inventory of supplies. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Assist in the development of preventative maintenance schedules to enhance facility reliability. Requirements Proven experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, industrial mechanics, and schematics. Proficiency in stick welding and other welding techniques is preferred. Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot effectively. Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in facility management. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and other departments. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation between facilities.
