Maintenance Technician (Min. 2 Years Exp. Req.) Rockingham Housing Authority Rockingham, NC The Rockingham Housing Authority is seeking a multi-skilled maintenance technician. Salary will be based on experience; from entry level to high level experience. Qualified candidates must be proficient in general carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work for apartment and commercial buildings. Candidate must posse a valid NC driver’s license. The successful candidate needs a great work ethic, be reliable, have a high level of professionalism, discretion, strong interpersonal skills, initiative and the ability to manage a challenging workload while multi-tasking. High School diploma or equivalent required; college / maintenance certification preferred; should have 5 years of residential/commercial building maintenance experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
