Maintenance Caretaker 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars Lumberton, NC 28358 MAINTENANCE
CARETAKER
– Seeking mature, reliable person with basic plumbing, drywall, and carpentry knowledge to work approx. 16 hours/week at Wesley Ridge Apartments and 18-hours/week at Longleaf Apartments, located in Lumberton, N.C. – 1 position only. Duties include routine maintenance, preparing vacant units, cleaning common areas, etc. Ideal candidate will be well-organized, pro-active, knowledgeable in troubleshooting maintenance needs and coordinating contractor services. Skilled trade replacements and extensive repairs are made by third party service contractors. Must have reliable transportation and provide your own hand tools. Must be on-call for after-hours emergencies. Credit, criminal check, and drug test required. Equal opportunity provider and employer.
