Maintenance Technician Holiday Inn 101 Wintergreen Drive, Lumberton, NC 28358 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and equipment through effective maintenance practices. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance on various systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to facilities maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Utilize logic controllers for system diagnostics and repairs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns and requests promptly. Conduct residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management. Supervise junior maintenance staff, providing guidance and support in their tasks. Fabricate parts or components as necessary to complete repairs or upgrades. Use an Ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to assess electrical systems. Skills Proficient in welding techniques and practices. Strong understanding of facilities maintenance principles and practices. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Experience with logic controllers is highly desirable. Familiarity with CMMS software for efficient maintenance management. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Capable of performing residential painting tasks with attention to detail. Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as an Ohmmeter for troubleshooting electrical issues.
