Job Description
/ Day shift and Night Shift available Advanced Personnel Resources, Inc. Mayodan, NC 27027 Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking candidates with maintenance technician experience and strong electrical skills. Candidate must have knowledge of 480v, 3 phase power, and motor circuit controls. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with team members across the plant to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of various tools and their safe and effective use, including welders, torches, saws, cutting tools, and hand tools. A solid understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems is essential. The technician will also use a computer for job-related tasks and must have access to the necessary tools for the position. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. $23-30/hour

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and organized work environment to prevent accidents or damage to equipment. Adhere to safety protocols and utilize proper safety equipment, including Lockout/Tagout (LO/TO) procedures. Demonstrate the ability to learn new tasks and step in for other roles as needed. Accurately complete work orders, including both project and preventive maintenance tasks. Perform troubleshooting and repair work to minimize equipment downtime. Maintain a valid North Carolina driver’s license. Hold a current forklift operator’s license. Understand the basic operation of equipment throughout the plant.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Must be able to frequently twist, stoop, and bend. Required to wear personal protective equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes.
