Full-Time We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Reidsville, NC facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working with electrical systems and manufacturing equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes by maintaining and repairing critical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment, including drives, motors, electrical panels, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), wiring, and connections. Assist with the installation of new manufacturing equipment, including electrical cabling, panel setup, and ensuring a proper power supply. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and work to return operations to normal as quickly as possible. Diagnose issues in a timely manner and perform necessary repairs. Support scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs to ensure machinery runs efficiently. Assist in the electrical setup for new building projects, including cabling for office buildings and computer network installations. Collaborate with the production team to manage and prioritize work orders. Identify spare parts and materials necessary for maintenance tasks. Make necessary adjustments to equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. Perform duties in a safe, organized, clean, and efficient manner while adhering to all safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout procedures. Support team members and assist in other duties as required. Be available for on-call support when needed, and be willing to work overtime, particularly during busy periods or large projects. Arrive on time with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed. Follow all instructions and guidance provided by your supervisor.

Physical Demands:

Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and listen. Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, or reach. Occasional bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a typical indoor/outdoor manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels. Hearing protection is required. Food safety standards must be followed at all times.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of 3 years of experience with electrical systems and manufacturing equipment maintenance. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a safe and efficient manner. Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on electrical and electronic systems. Willingness to learn and develop new skills as needed.
