• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as repairing electrical systems, painting, and HVAC maintenance
• Perform troubleshooting to identify issues and repair equipment promptly
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues or potential improvements
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner to address concerns efficiently
• Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation
