Maintenance/Construction Technician I ( Stanly County) -Temporary Solutions State of North Carolina – Office of State Human Resources Stanly County, NC Description of Work This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position. Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay:

$19.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application). This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Public Safety. This position is located at 215 N. Main St., New London, NC 28127. The purpose of this position is to perform repair/replacement of doors, door jambs, windows, wall repairs/painting, floor tile, minor plumbing and electrical repairs. This person will remove and replace interior walls as necessary. Responsible for the overall maintenance of the New London campus. This position will require the use of appropriate material for repairs or projects to include the preparation of material lists. This person must have experience in a variety of trade practices and the use of proper tools of the trade. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities /
